In order to save Master Hun Yuan, Lu Xiao Dao killed the one-thousand-year-old colourful spider monster. However, before she died, the spider monster infused her venom into Master Hun Yuan's body which had been trapped in her stomach and turned him into the human form of the spider monster who would be reborn after 49 days. To detoxify Master Hun Yuan, Lu Xiao Dao decides to take Master Hun Yuan to the Lingxiao Valley in Nine-Immortal Mountain under Lu Tong Fairy's guide to find the Crescent Pond, and thus starts a bumpy journey where they'll meet other monsters....
