Description:On October 26, 1597, Yi Sun-Sin, a renowned Korean admiral (played by Choi Min-Sik) went through a naval battle with Toyotomi Hideyoshi in Myeongnyang Strait in order to prevent the Japanese navy from advancing to the north via the sea. As a result, he led 12 ships remaining in his command to a heroic victory against an invading Japanese fleet numbering over 300 vessels.
